Building on their original logo, we revitalised the Universal Homes brand across their website, social media, on-air and out-of-home campaigns, as well as signboards, sales collateral, and presentations.

For over sixty years Universal Homes has represented the next generation of New Zealanders, using their experience to always look forward, to what’s new, and what’s next.  The new tagline  OWN THE NEW  perfectly conveys aspirational, contemporary, immaculate and low-maintenance homes with customer benefits ranging from the gift of time to living with no worries. ‘New’ is something people build on, it’s a foundation, a beginning rather than an end…where a family can start to grow and a legacy can begin. Own The New is inherently forward-facing with an upbeat, fresh and energetic tone.

The website was completely rebuilt with a robust backend CMS, enabling unlimited page creation and allowing the team to regularly update the site with new properties, blogs, videos, and news. Designed for user-friendliness and optimised for SEO, it ensures smooth navigation and high visibility.

We revitalised Universal Homes’ social media presence with a fresh look and cohesive branding across all channels, creating a dynamic and engaging experience for their audience. To ensure the team can maintain this updated style in-house, we developed an extensive set of Canva templates. These templates are tailored for various types of content, including property showcases, promotional posts, customer testimonials, and event announcements. The new kit provides the internal team with flexible, user-friendly designs, enabling them to create visually consistent, high-quality posts quickly and easily, while staying aligned with the brand’s refreshed identity.
