I was tasked with creating a cohesive master brand structure to unify all of their retail brands under one system. The goal was to provide the team with a clear and versatile framework to showcase their collection of brands and services and demonstrate how they could support businesses effectively.
To bring this to life, I developed comprehensive brand guidelines, custom icon sets, and a suite of adaptable tools, including PowerPoint templates, pitch documents, point-of-sale materials, and eye-catching trade imagery. Each element was designed to ensure consistency and flexibility, empowering the team to communicate their brand offering with clarity and impact.
I collaborated with The Warehouse Group’s HR team to develop a series of engaging induction presentations designed to support employees at every level. These presentations covered everything from onboarding new starters to equipping managers with the tools and knowledge to lead effectively across the organisation.
