
For Kōtuku, we developed a robust content strategy aimed at first-home buyers and investors. A dynamic, interactive website serves as the central hub for the development, seamlessly integrating with custom social media and digital marketing platforms. These channels are designed to engage users effectively, and through close monitoring of user behavior, we are able to direct vendor spending to the most effective platforms. Additionally, we leveraged key real estate listing sites, including TradeMe, OneRoof, Stuff, and Realestate.co.nz, to maximize the project’s exposure across industry mediums.

With design as the cornerstone of the relaunch, Red Door’s Vanessa Waldron collaborated closely with the original architect to elevate the complex’s aesthetic, introducing a timeless and contemporary look to both interiors and exteriors. In addition to enhancing the design, Red Door crafted a complete brand story that celebrated the development’s connection to the Avondale community and its surrounding environment, consulting with local iwi and community leaders to ensure authenticity.
